Everything is in the car and WOW. Shifting is SO smooth. It feels like a brand new transmission thats in there right now. My ACT2100 came with a Nachi TOB and it was plastic just like the OEM. We put a washer on the pivot ball and adjusted the pedal and WOW! it drives like a totally different car. Fidanza is good too. I noticed that in order to get the car to move smoothly, I'd have to shift a lot faster. But the tranny can handle it since everything is going in so smoothly. Going slow isn't a issue either, I haven't stalled once yet. Don't listen to everyone's story about it being horrible in slow moving. All you have to do is give it some more gas. Don't shy away from the Fidanza, its good.

Going slow only gets miserable when you have some cams. Parking lots hate me :p

I use a 2600, but you are correct, it drastically improves shifting feel.

this post makes me excited :D i'm putting this same setup on when i get my tranny rebuilt SOON :D but i'm putting in a bm insert too, hopfully since i won't have to shift from 1st to 3rd i'll love my car again.

Nice review. I also have an act 2100 with act xact flywheel and rre ss clutch line. Did you notice any difference with the rre ss line on? Because my pedal feels alot softer since I swap the rre ss in. Also, do you experiance any decceleration vibrations? Because I have some vibrations (and noises that sound like waaaaaa....)when I downshift or slow down in gears but I heard that normal with lightened flywheels or something? Well let us know!

I was wondering, if you guys think the 2100 could handle 12 sec passes on a awd car?

I don't hear any odd noises yet. I've only driven the car for ~60 miles so far. So I'll have to get back to you on that. The RRE SS clutch line was a lot better than my stock line. When I step on the clutch, it feels a little stiffer and it feels more firm than before. Where as before, it had a sloppy feel to it and its all gone now. Did you take out the restricter that was on the slave cylinder when you pulled off the old line? I was going to take off mine but when I looked inside, it was gone already.

An ACT2100 probably wouldn't be able to handle a AWD. I think your better off getting a ACT2600. The ACT2100 will probably wear out pretty fast if you use it on your AWD.

Not for long. Stick w/ a 2600 if you are going to use ACT.

Yeah, I took out the restrictor while I change all of that, had to relearn how to drive my car again because it engaged so much quicker. Odd, when I replace my old line with the rre ss line, it made my clutch pedal feel smoother but the pedal effort became softer, I bled it like 10 times too, so im thinking either I need to bleed it some more because there might be some air left in the lines or my master and slave cylinder are shot.
