I bought a used 2600 setup from a member here that had less then 3000 miles on it I believe and the springs on the clutch are loose enough that I can turn them by hand and move them slightly from side to side. Should I be able to turn or move them?

I found that also but still know one has said if the spring movement is a problem. Everyone just says they will move a little once the clutch is used. My disc seems to have plenty of life left on it but the springs moving is the only thing that worrys me.

Maybe you could make a nice video for the pros to see? They couldn't tell the magnitude of the moving if you explained just by typing. Or you would have to measure the travel of the springs.
The video would be handier for faster results

I will try and see if I can get a video posted or at least I can post up the micrometer readings of what the movement is. Just hate to put the clutch in and have something go wrong with it and I have to take it back out again.
