ACT 6 puck clutch gone out 3 times?

Ok i got a 98 GSX and my whole clutch set up is a ACT flywheel and act 6 puck clutch and pressure plate....to make it short this is my 3rd 6 puck clutch thats gone out in a 2 year period...but i have got a whole new kit when i put the last one in...i got the new flywheel new pressure plate and clutch disk....and now my clutch is slippin again...this was on about 4 months ago... do u think it would be ok to just get a new spec 6 puck disk and how do u reuse a act flywheel? thanks for reading...

you can get the flywheel cut kinda like they cut brake rotors
