I didn't even notice until my old man said something to me as I was mounting my OEM rims on the Talon. I had acorn nuts on my Konig's and I put the stockers back on and he showed me I needed the washer style nuts, it was a good eye not sure how I missed it. Are acorns safe to mount em up with or do you need the washer style to properly attach the rim. They are only temporary, I had to sell the car and the dude has his own rims but I don't want to die delivering the car. can you use acorns on the stock mags?

P.S. Sad to see her go :sosad: , but it only puts me closer to an EVO:thumb::hellyeah:

Those wheels are meant for the washer style nuts. Don't use the acorn style unless you want to watch a wheel pass you on the hiway.

Worse comes to worse, fine three washer style lugs and use two acorns. You can get away with that if you must.

As always I found a local DSM'er to help me out and gave me his old lugs. This is one of the many reasons owning a DSM is so great. :thumb:
