accelerator/throttle cable install help

I removed the box that has the pulleys for the throttle, accelerator, and cruise cables and I'm having trouble puting it back together. I can't afford a non cruise cable so I want to use what I have but I don't need cruise control to work. The accelerator cable I believe goes in the bottom pulley, and the throttle cable goes in the center pulley? Anyways I'm having trouble getting them back in and was wondering if anyone had any tips. thx in advance

the 1g non cruise cable was only 26$ at advanced auto parts. I'm sure yours wouldnt be much different.

Sorry however i am not sure how the cruise control works, but removing it cleans up the bay alot.
