AC on at 2k rpms??

My 2ga is having problems keeping a constant idle when the AC is on. The rpms will bounce from 900-2k when at a stop. While driving, the car will "hiccup", if you will.

Ive changed the plugs, im looking at chaning the wires as well. Im also conisdering taking it out since i cant recharge it.

your thoughts?

check the ISC. It's on the throttle body/intake manifold. There should be a decent way to do it found if you search

If you cant charge what the ac? then you need to check for ac leaks
