I just rebuilt my engine and now my AC tensioner pulley is making a nice squeaking noise that makes my car look like a junker!! people are already asking why i drive such a piece... :(. Now I already now i can order one.....even if they are on the more expensive side. But my other question is, what is the easiest way to replace that pulley once its inside the engine bay? I have a 1991 Eagle Talon TSi. Thanks!! I really would like to get this fixed so people say more like nice car than what a piece of ****!

I am lost! Is that diagrahm for 2g's? I have been at this for the past hour and I can't get it!! I have 3 belts and im not sure if i have them mixed up or not. One is small and its part number or whatever is MD310617. Then the next bigger one's number is 5040370 and is a dayco and then the biggest one is MD186125. Someone please help!!! Im so frustrated at something I can't do that's so easy!!!!

Diagram from the '90 manual, but should be very close (except for possibly the ac belt tensioner). That's the removal steps, so the ac belt goes in back (2nd longest by my memory), then the power steering pump belt (shortest), and finally the alternator/water pump belt.

By any chance does anyone know what this bracket type thing is? does it go with the a/c belt tensioner or something?
