sup guys. this is my first post so here it goes. when i turn on my ac or heater no matter what switch i have the air coming out, half of the air is getting stuck on the vents by the windshield. i can hear the air blowing hard but it is not coming out strong. a friend of mine told me that their is a wire that if i move it back in the right spot, the air wont get trapped. so my question is how do i get to the problem and how do i fix it being that moving the wire is the solution. i tried multiple times but i just couldn't find the answer because i didn't know what specifically to ask and so i couldn't find definite answers.
