I have a 92 Tsi. My abs block started leaking so I deleted abs using the jnz abs delete kit. Ended up replacing all calipers and brakes and rotors aswell as ss brake lines jnz aswell. I upgraded the fronts to the 93 awd twin piston big brakes. Bled everything and car seemed fine brakes caught low but caught well. The other day got into my car started driving and the brakes went super low and would lock up in I stoped hard enough. But if I pumped them they would catch nice and high and tight. I'm not losing any fluid my resivoir is full and hasent changed. It has been brutally cold and snowy in the north east if that has anything to do with it.
My thoughts are maybe they need to be bled again? Or how to test my master cylinder to see if it needs to be replaced ? Any help would be appreciated thank you!

make sure you bled them properly, and the fluid isnt low. if it leaked out they wouldnt be working, or it could cuase air in the line. id say rebleed and if it happens again check all the fittings and then lines.

I'm going to rebleed all the brakes and see how that goes worst-case probably just going to replace master cylinder

Dont jump to any conclusions, when in doght research! you have to identify the problem or you'll end up chasing butterflies aka buying a bunch of parts that dont need to be replaced

I'm working on bleeding the mc now and then the lines and going from there

So from what it is looking like I'm going to replace the mc it's not that expensive and everything will be brand new. Now I have a question which master should I get ABS or non-ABS because my cars originally an abs car but abs has since been deleted?

id imagine it has to do with the mounts and lines that run off it, if it has the same mounts and same lines still, go with what came stock. but id look into their differences and compare them to what you need. obviously if it has different mounts, i wouldn't get it.
