Abother logger question, will not work!!

I have had my logger for about a year and for some reason it just stopped working. IT will not initiliaze. The screen just says initialzing. It will never give me any data. I have cleaned all the connections, tried 2 palms pilots (both used to work) and even tried 2 cables and the cradle that goes to the computer. And I tried OBD gauge and palm-n-stein neither work. Palm-n-stein says "no rev" any one have a suggestion? I need to clear a code and its bugging the crap out of me. And I would like to have my logger working before I install my SAFC tomorrow. Thanks for any suggestions

Did you ever figure this problem out? My logger has been doing the same thing lately.
