So I found a 94 Gs I wanna buy, not turboed, it has the 4g63 motor in it right? So if it does, it has the oil coolants that cool everything as if it was turboed? I guess what I'm saying is it's the same motor right, as the 4g63 eclipse that's turboed?

It's essentially the same but with a few key differences.

1: N/T motors have higher compression pistons that don't take boost very well.
2: The cams are different
3: The N/T blocks don't have oil squirters
4: I believe there is a lot of wiring to do also

That's just off the top of my head but there are more differences I'm forgetting. Check VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions under the engines section for a complete how-to on the matter.
