May not look bad now, but how about in a year or two?
The main issues I've heard about them is the lack of prep work, and the terrible quality paint they use.
I know this is late but I had my Jetta painted there 2 years ago for $350 and it looks good. No leaks or blemishes. Just a slight orange peal if you look closely. Its been through hell with me and still looks good when I wash it. I've never waxed it.
As far as masking and covering. I always have them give me a call before it goes into the paint Booth and I check it
