ok i was think of this and it might work. I going to make a Cold Ram Air Intake. im going to take off one of thoughs front cover things and put a pipe of some kind for the air to Ram into the Cold Air. I will put pics up to better show.

If so its been done before. PVC tubing attacked to your ram and run down to the bumber, and viola', a ghetto cold air.

maybe he's talking about using a 2 piece CAI and putting an air filter at the end of one piece instead of connecting the two. If that's the case, just buy a short ram intake

I think he means taking off one of the cresant shaped covers in the front bumper and molded a pipe angled so that cooler air gets sucked in as the car moves.... thats as far as i can understand....

your CRRaZaY idea aint so crazy, its been done for years. you can get a aem cold air intake, some spare pipes and route them from the bumper openings to the filter. some filters use a 2 filter design, an outer filter cone and a smaller frontal cone, like the one pictured below.

you can get some pipe that fits into that smaller insert, and run that pipe to the bumper openings, and have ram air.


be warned, even on the freeway, this mod will serve little to no purpose, as you wont really be ramming air any further than the filter, theres just not enough force, even at higher speeds.

definition of cold - absence of heat, heat is lacking thereof.

i learned that in retard physics class in like 8th grade. COLD AIR means trying to suck in cold air from the bottom of the car because heat RISES to the top where there's a remote chance that warmer air can get sucked in!
