I have a 95 gsx. The a/c worked fine before except it had a leak in the low pressure hose from the compressor to the evaporator. I just completed my six bolt swap and when I had the engine out I changed that line out, engine back in, fired it up, max a/c, filled with a can of pag100 oil, then two cans of freon. the clutch kicked in just as it should and the a/c got mildly cold for a minute then hot. Now it blows hot all the time, the low pressure seemed excessive at times so I purged a little out to bring it around 50 psi. still blows hot, both the low and high pressure lines are hotter than heck. After running awhile the clutch will kick out and wont re-engage, guessing because the a/c temp is high and shuts it down. Any ideas where to start guys? I have a limited knowledge in a/c systems. Is there a filter or orifice tube to check/clean anywhere? Thanks for your help.
