A/C condenser compatability?

I need a condenser for my 93 talon tsi. A local guy here is offering his from a 2g. Are 2gs and 1gs the same? Are all 1g years the same? Are all 2g years the same?

Im really dying here without A/C in hot Florida weather and really need to know.

Well, i would suggest you not to try to use a junkyard condenser or anything like that. You can always custom fit one, but why the hassle, if you can have a brand new one on ebay for about 100-130 bucks. And don´t believe this people telling you the ebay condenser would blow up, honestly its just a generic part, unless you want to pay big bucks at a dealer for one. Good luck.
