A/C Compressor not cycling off

Hi.My a/c is cooling very good,but my compressor stay on all the time.
High pressure reading are 225psi and low pressure are 35psi.
When i turn off the a/c from inside they go to: high-165psi low-76psi
Why the compressor is not cycling?
My car is 95 eclipse GSX

The clutch could be bad. If you unplug the harness from the compressor and start the car up, if your compressor stays engaged you know the clutch is bad. If not then further troubleshooting is needed.

It may be a weak compressor. A/c usually only cuts off at a certain low reading on the low side or high reading on the high side. It cycles of when it sees certain pressure amount at the pressure switch which is in/on the receiver/dryer.

Compressor sounds fine! Pressures are good for about 80 deg ambient , I would say a sensor like the accu or fin in the evap core. Do you know how to test them?

Everything is fine.Its too hot outside,that's why is on all the time.

I would say so, it probably is just cycling longer because of the hot temps inside the car and outside. One of the sensors is the accu with a thermistor in the evap core. This turns off the compressor when the evap core reaches 40deg, this is more challenging the hotter the ambient and interior temps are. Start it up in the evening when ambient drops cooler and see if it cycles then.
