A/C Belt?

if i remove my a/c then do i have to get a new shorter a/c belt, and i know this is a dumb question but if i remove my a/c... will i still have a heater, and defroster?

I removed my ac, you will still have heat. The defroster I think is an electrical system that doesn't rely on the a/c

Yes if you remove the a/c compressor you will still have heat and defrost.

If you are eliminating the a/c then you don't need to buy another shorter belt. Just take the belt off and forget it. Like the others said you will still have heat and defrost.

the ac belt is solo on a 420a right?
