Well, i just got my 99 Gsx and it has a Greddy Rs Bov and Intake/IP Piping. Thats the only upgrades that is on it at the moment. How can i check for any boost leak, and also is there any type of work i can do, such as tune up work that i can do to make it run better. Before i start bolting up new parts, i want it running right. Any suggestions thanks/

Make a boost leak tester. A simple search on here and you can find an old thread describing this. And then just listen for the leaks. Depending on mileage also maintenince maintenince maintenince. Timing belt, and just all your belts in general. Make sure everything is in fair condition. You don't want to overlook anything.

What are a good brand of wires that i could get?

NGK are good wires & not too expensive. I would do a tune up oil, plugs wires, clean or replace air filter and change the fluids in the rear diff, transfer case, & trans too unless you know that it was done recently. I would also check / flush cooling system and possibly replace the timing belt too depending on the mileage.

Sorry I have to ask this, but does the BOV have a return line running to the intake, or is it just vented?
