Resolved 99 GST P0400 issue

So my car threw a P0400

I know it's an egr flow malfunction code, so I removed the egr valve, cleaned it out, cleaned up the little opening the egr attaches to, and flushed out the lines for the egr system

But it's still throwing that code

So I'm wondering, could it just be the solenoid just going bad? That's the only thing I haven't checked yet, and if it is, does anyone know where I could find another one? I've checked everywhere for both a replacement egr valve and solenoid in case I needed to replace either one but can't find anything anywhere. I know eBay has stuff, but I'm suspicious af on anything from eBay and don't trust it.

Never mind, I found the issue, it wasn't the solenoid or the egr valve but rather the power plug for the solenoid having a loose wire, problem solved
