Sending the block head and crank to the machine shop tomorrow.. so its time to start Cleaning!...(CHECK THE DIFFERENCE! =D) Well Cleaned off all the grudge on passenger side, and started sanding down everything on that side. And what do you know, RUST! haha so tomorrow ill weld a piece of metal and bondo it ..

Well, It turns out i took my Block, Crank, And Head to Pittsburgh CrankShaft In Wilkensburg PA (to get prepared for the rebuild) I heard good things about this place so thats where i took it. Well I Had some free time these 2-3 weeks.. Pittsburgh Crank said they almost done with everything.

Well, Since i had time on my hands. Past 2-3 weeks i been cleaning up the Bay.. I had a rust hole on my strut tower and my pap covered it up to stop from moving. Well its been a year since that and now i could tap the hole thru. SO . I DID haha. Now i had a HUGE hole and something for me to work on. I dremeled out a square and then grinded down to solid metal and no rust. Afterwards i needed a welder.. A friend of mine gave me his that he doesnt use anymore (a new 400 dollar one .. CRAZY right?) so i brought it home and realized it doesnt hook up to a house plug needed a 50amprage outlet. Lucky for me the welder was free, Had some leftover cash, bought outlet wire and breaker and AGAIN lucky for me Friends dad was a electrician =) He had a beer and put the outlet in.. The next day i practiced welding. And then cut a piece of metal out and formed it then welded her on. (Took welding in high school for 9 months thats all experience i had.) Then I bondo hardened her . Sanded her down. Bondoed again. Sanded again. This is third time, Bondoing lightly and sanding again later. HERES THE PICTURES =D

well, i finally finished the left side.. Letting it dry then starting tomorrow on middle peices (by firewall and radiator) Then Driver side. Ill be covering up the passenger side with a blanket so no debree gets on it while i sand all the other parts =) but here you go. hope you guys liek the paint job.
