2G 98 GSX running rich

I have a 98 eclipse 4g63 with the stock garret T25 turbo. The problem is that it is running very rich, and every once in a while it will hiccup as if it was missing.

I have tried the following.........

new plugs with correct gap
new coils
new wires
new fuel injectors
new fuel pump
new fuel filter
new fuel pressure regulator
new throttle positioning sensor
new mass air flow sensor

any ideas?

The MAP and MAF are both new

It runs rich yes. And it fails after about 24 hours.

Now the 98 Eclipse GSX won't start. The starter doesn't make a sound. Every once in a while if it sits for a while it'll fire rite up. I have cleaned the terminals, all the grounds, had the starter bench tested and it passed, unplugged to clutch sensor and still no luck. The battery is at 13.1 volts. Any ideas?

If the starter passes a bench test, then it's probably not getting the required power and ground that it needs to operate. Either that, or the solenoid isn't activating. Can you verify the stater is getting power to the S terminal when you hit the key?

Verify the terminals at the battery are clean and tight. It doesn't hurt to use some electrical greas at the connections.

Also, remove the grounds from the body, and clean the body point, as well as the cable end.

Check that the starter signal wire is making good contact.

I'm going to test everything at the starter with a multimeter to see if it's getting power or not. If not I'm thinking ignition switch? I would think that a ground wouldn't just all of a sudden go out.
