97 - 99 Updated Stock Front Bumper

Set a new intercooler Koyo from Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI.

To install the front bumper had to increase the size of the air intake.
Updated from the black, hard aftermarket front bumper production of Taiwan art. MR296443. Deleted marker lamps, expanding the size of the central air intake. Tried to keep the stock look and level of factory production.

To install a front license plate to use the platform of art. 6430A188

P.S. This topic is not new, but I did not like the level of performance, always remained traces of a bumper.

That external oil cooler ducting in pic #11. What did you use for that?

Mounted intercooler to cool the engine oil OEM Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 TD 1993 release. Intercooler automatic transmission fluid is used to cool the power steering.

How did you fill the side markers? Spray it yourself?

Soldered using a similar material from other bumpers. Painted in a paint shop.

I have got to say you really did a top notch job on this body work for both the rear bumper and the side markers. I am thoroughly impressed with how much the side marker delete cleaned up the side of the car. It truly is the small things that count. Great job.
