hey guys. i need some help making decision's on my 97 gsx interior. my theme is Grey, and black interior

i recently replaced my carpet with a black one.. and i just pulled my headliner to have redone in micro sued black, along with the window visors... and there are some pieces that wont go with the theme.
like the
-visor clips
-sunroof button plate
- the oh sh** handle bar
- and the trim that goes around the sunroof

^^^ these pieces are all light grey, and i want to see if they come in black, and how they look installed

so what i need is for someone to post pic's of there black interior mainly the headliner area, or point me in the right direction for the pics

thanks again guys

Drew

Nope anything from the A-pillar up only came in grey factory....I myself decided to do a black interior but I didnt feel like doing the top yet....

Nice stuff Jfzero. Where did you get the black floor mats?

It is actually the factory grey floormat....Just taped off the eclipse logo due to its a very nice silver...and painted it...

if you cant get black pieces why not spray paint them?
if you do a decent job and take your time theyll come out really nice

that was a last resort option i will do. just was hoping that they did come in black and could replace them with new piece's..

JFzero thanks for the pics man.. your interior is really nice clean looking, did you paint the glove compartment, and kick panels black? or is that factory oem piece's???

They came factory in grey I pulled everything off and painted it...be forwarned the side pieces are a pita to pull off....so watch that they dont break...
Thanks, I try to take pride how clean the car is...but in all honesty it only runs like once a month so it never has a chance to get dirty LOL

Duplicolor vinal fabric and upholstry paint....its matches really really well....I pull the parts off....got a finest piece of sandpaper I could find and proceded to wet sand it....but nice and easy dont go hard at all....I only wanted to take out any imperfections out of the panels if there were any.....

Then I just sprayed a very light coat....let stand for 5 minutes...a little heavier coat....wait for 10 minutes...followed by another light coat....let cure overnight....then reinstalled....

Hey So my interior isnt any stock color...I found this vinyl paint at autozone and decided to try it out and see how it worked. Here are some pics of my new painted interior and I was very impressed with the vinyl paint and how it came out. My interior used to be all gray...check my profile to see it. Let me know what you guys think.

So you painted the seats too?? Did you primer all of the parts too or just hit it with the paint. What grit did you use??

O nice Job by the way. Car looks Clean

know what you guys think.
its not bad i can see you put alot of effort into it. but im not a fan of the two tone color theme..

i rather have the murder out interior like JF zero has..

does anyone know where the manual override for the sunroof is located.. im trying to get out my sunroof sliding covers, and i have read that you have to open the sunroof to get to the clips that hold it in.. my car has no power so this is the only way????

thanks guys

Chaggard not really feeling the red, but at least you did a decent job...I would change the handle areas to black at least....

Yeah my car is completely murdered out LOL....Car has the factory black leather...black paneling besides the parts I painted and 2.5% window tint....Just try and see through the windows.......

ya i understand its not fully black out..

i want to keep my Grey panels the same color. since i like the look., and my cage is going to be painted a gunmetal color. it was just the headliner that had these light grey almost white look pieces. that would stick out like a sore thumb on the micro black sued headliner.

i would never be able to get away with that tint here in northern Va
