96 Talon TSi AWD vs 07 Mustang Gt

Hey what’s up guys. So my bud went out and got himself an 07 Mustang GT. He thinks he's hot shit now and can rape me. I was just wondering how much faster he is than I am and if I was to race him off the line or in the long run who would win. I have Apexi Power Ram Intake, Dejon Upper Intercooler Piping, HKS BOV, Apexi N1 Exhaust, MSD 8.5 wires, NGK Plugs, Tein Super Street Coilovers, New Shifter Bushing, New Poly Engine Mounts All Around, Fluidyne Radiator, Megan Racing Tower Brace, and Apexi Downpipe. I’m pretty sure if we were rolling he would beat me but if we were heads up id have a chance. What you guys think? Now the sad part is he doesn’t know how to drive a stick so I have to wait a few months to race him till I show him how to drive it hahaha.
