96 Gsx wont move

I have a 96 gsx with a evo 16g. I just rebuilt my motor. I started it up and went to move it and it will barely move, it will not even register how fast I'm going because it barely moves. It will rev up it i pump the gas, i cant hold the gas or it will try to die. it also back fires if i rev it up.. I replaced the egr valve thinking it was that and it was not. please help

I worked on my gsx today and i dont think that it is getting enough fuel. Because i pulled the return line off of the rail and started it and it didnt spray any fuel out so maybe the SFPR is bad?
