I have been trying to bleed my clutch for 2 days and still no fluid coming out of the slave, I have no leaks. the car has sat for awhile due to a rebuild I had the clutch line off at the rubber hose section to the slave. Now that everything is back together I just cant get any fluid out the res is drinking some though. I am using a hand vac pump to try to pull some fluid dn to th eslave but no luck. When I pump it up I am holding 25 inches of vac for bout 2 min. Am I doing something wrong?

btw its a new trann, clutch kit, fly wheel, throw out bearing, fork and slave

I did that first and now my forearms are sore with no enjoyment from it LOL

There is no pedal at all, I am wondering if that acumalator thing is my issue if so does anyone the size of the connection so i could just bypass it or does it need to be there

Just a stupid question that popped to mind...is your clutch pedal up or down to the floor while your are trying to bleed teh system? if it is down to the floor, maybe try propping it up so that the fluid can fill MC under the reservoir… I don’t know if the stroke of the piston in the MC can block off the output port if it goes in too far, but it might be worth a try.

It also seems strange that you need to keep adding fluid but it nothing is making it to the SC... the fluid has to be going somewhere

I have tried both ways pedal up and dn.......I get fluid at the SC but very little. The level in the MC may go down have over a period of time, I have bled several other cars no problem. When I diconnected the line from the MC I noticed that I lost the vac I had and could never re gain it I put a cup of fluid under that line a sucked it all out so i believe i was sold a bad MC and I am waiting on the new one to come in since its not stocked any where around here. I gues this is what I get when i get a car in pieces Like boxes full of stuff and missing stuff too!! I cant wait to turn key and crank it I never heard it run. The tran was out when I got it so I re built the motor. (fingers are crossed)

Okay, cool, Glad you found something that may be causing the issue... hope the part fixes it for you. Good luck!
