in tracking down a non-start condition, I find no fuel pressure. The Fuel pump check connector has no voltage when the key is on, and with the key off, jumping 12v to it doesn't seem to start the fuel pump either, but it was working when I drrove it into the garage...does the ECU ground the fuel pump electronically, and maybe the ecu has failed?

sorry to jump in this thread, but im wondering what fuses your talking about and where they are? im having the same condition with my eclipse right now. only difference is that im non turbo. Thanks...

The first thing that I do when I have a no-start , or any possible electrical problem is check all of the fuses. I go through and visually inspect every fuse on the inside fuse box and the under hood fuse box.
If there is a relay that could cause the problem, I test the relay as well.

Off the top of my head, I don't know the exact fuse. (I don't deal with n/a DSMs very much.)
However, as mentioned before, a visual inspection could turn up a quick fix.
