95 to 97/99 Conversion HELP!!

I have my front bumper off right now cus I'm puting on my FMIC and I want to do the 97-99 conversion on my 95, Do I have to buy a special kit of can I just buy the bumpers?

For the front you will need the bumper and headlights. Since you're putting a fmic on the fog lights more than likely won't fit.

Do the 2ga eclipse side markers really not fit? My 2ga talon side markers fit when i did my 99 eclipse front end converstion. Im just curious.
