2G 95 Talon AWD running rich!!!

Hey guys I'm working on a 95 Awd talon
Current mods are

1:arp head studs
2: vrsf intercooler with what looks like a knock off hks bov
3: 3in cat back exhaust
4: evo 3 16g
5: walbro 255 fuel pump
6: aem wide and and boost gauges

Here's the issue
So I fixed the transistor plug as it was shot and now the car runs but it runs poorly as AFRS at 10:0 idling And it is blowing out black smoke out the exhaust.
I check and the car does have the factory 2g bl450cc injectors and stock regulator. Any suggestions as to what to try and look for?

Do a boost leak test and see what you come up with

Do you have afpr? 255 known to overflow stock fpr.

Black smoke running really rich, 10.0 at idle is crazy rich bro! So seems like the stock fpr isn't regulating.

Another vote for fuel pressure regulator being overrun. I'd do boost leak test and check everything out first, but a stock fpr with the wally 255 is known to cause issues.

I'll be doing a BLT today and I'll post results

I kinda figured the afpr maybe the issue and will test it and figured if the 255 is overrunning the afpr it would cause a lean issue
