I only have one problem as of now, turned my boost down from 23 PSI to 19 PSI for the winter, added more fuel and it stutters anywhere after 14 PSI, I don't understand what the problem is. Worked fine untill winter. Checked for vac leaks and there were none what so ever. Please give me some suggestions ASAP.

You turned the boost down and ADDED fuel? You should be lowering the fuel because there is less air coming in.

that injen intake is choking your 3" inlet turbo. The inlet pipe size is only 1.8" ID on that Injen, I measured and ported one out to 2.2" ID for an 18g before I realized it wont fit in a 1G OMG

Do you have a wideband? If not, I would get one. They are not as expensive as they used to be. If you dont have money for a wb, go to the dyno. Then try to get 11:1:1 across the board. Log for spark knock. Look at timing.

Deffinetly right about the injen intake choking it, I even had to put that stupid ass coupler on there to make it fit, a wide band was a idea I had as of lately, everyone seems to like the results, I guess I can try that, I hope it solves the problem. Thank you for your comments everyone.

I have had different people tell me to turn up the fuel and others say to turn it down, what is the best to do for the cold air coming in? No one around here where I live knows what the hell they are doing, so I rely on posts on here to do what I have to do.

Making fuel adjustments based on small boost changes isn't necessary anyway. The ecu will make fuel changes on its own after it reads the incoming air signal.

If you are making changes because of severe temp changes you would want to add a little fuel when it is cold out since the air is more dense. I have never needed to make fuel changes for winter temps though.

Don't adjust fuel for changes in boost. I've found that making fuel changes by temperature is appropriate, but it's not as easy as "add fuel when it's cold out". I've noticed that my 2g (assuming 60F-90F baseline "proper tune") leans out a little in the mid-range (4500-6000) when the temp drops into the 40-50F range (adding 1% in that range is enough to solve it). However, it then swings the other way when it gets to freezing (and below), just going massive rich all across the board (but, since I don't drive it much in that temp, I don't bother to change it, I just live with it).

So basically when the temp. is below 40 degrees outside my 2G is going to run like shit no matter what?

No. Not at all. If we all had to drive around cars that ran like shit in sub 40 degree temps there would be a whole lot less of us around.

Figure out why it is running like shit and tune it out.

You should be able to tune it in for low temps, just don't be surprised if your tuning leads to counter intuitive results. Part of the reason I don't mess with mine is that it's going to run bad no matter what as my O2 sensor doesn't function when it's cold out (I have tooooo much cooling (no A/C, airducts, open space, etc.), it works fine when the engine's under load, but when coming to a stop it gets too cold to work at idle, so it goes rich, EGT stays super low, never gets to idle right). If you're near stock you shouldn't have the problem too bad.

If you Know for sure that you dont have boost leaks or VAC leaks. Make sure that you spark plugs are gapped to .28 It solved my problem. Try to be exact.

Thank you all for the suggestions, I'm going to try and get it right, it just seems to be such a pain in the ass, I mean I have had my little problems with stupid shit and fixed it, but this is just so damn frustrating and not knowing exactly what the problem is makes it much worse.
