92 talon with a tranny leak

I just recently bought a 92 talon tsi awd on ebay. It is a clean car and you can see the mods on my vehicle profile. The only problem with the car is that it has got a tranny leak, i am unsure of where the leak is coming from. The previous owner said not to drive the car because the transmission could lock up at any time. On the auction page another ebayer left a message saying that there was a recall on that problem and the dealer had to fix it. I looked but i can not find any information regarding that. the exact message on ebay was this

The tranny leak your talking about is a recall for these cars and the dealership is demanded to fix this for no cost to you...I have a 94 tsi awd, I had the same problem and by law they have to fix it, look at some of the tuner sites like dsmtuners.com.

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this and what you thought?

Not sure about the trans leak recall, but I know there is a transfer case recall. Heres the info on it:
