FSM is in inches, so you're at a hair under 0.0015". 0.0040" is the service limit.Measured the mains Tonight (plastigauge), all were 038 dead on. I know this is pretty loose for OEM specs. Thinking about my options
I did not know the FSM was in inches. So .38/.15 is dead the recommended specs, correct? Might even benefit from oversize? Also, if you mean the plastigauge is tapered a bit, it is. They even tell you in the manual to take the measurements from the thickest part.FSM is in inches, so you're at a hair under 0.0015". 0.0040" is the service limit.
Is it just me or does it look a little tapered to the outer edge?
