92 Talon Starting Problems

92 1G Talon N/T 2.0 5 speed.

The colder it is the harder it starts.
After many sputtering starting attempts it will finally run. (rough for a few mins)
I smell gas for a bit right after starting. (flooding?)
After about 5 minutes of running the check engine light comes on.
As long as it does not cool back down too much it starts again easily.

I already replaced the O2 sensor, plug wires, plugs, fuel filter, battery and air cleaner and want to know what direction to go from there.

Pulling the error code would go along way to solving the problem. Do you know how to?
