91 turbo cams worth anything to sell and rust question?

I bought a 2.0 6 bolt and hoping ot use the head strip some minor parts off it and sell the block and whatever else as am buiding a 6 bolt 2.4.
I am wondering if the 91 turbo cams are worth anything thought the 92 to 94 were the better ones.Not sure if non turbo guys can use my 91 with any advantage.They also seem to have a light coating of rust on them.Is there a good method to clean them off..wd 40 or parts cleaner what would work.?

clean them with emery cloth a real fine grit they sell it at any hardware store.
