91 talon TSI,best hp upgrades?

hi ,

i,m looking to increase hp/torque,aren,t we all!
what mods can i do with best results?
what would be expected gain of hp in each mod?
what are people doing to get up to the 300 hp mark?
looking for cost effective mods.
i,m presently stock turbo/16 valve.
