anybody know what it could be thats my problem is my clutch gone or is it something else?

Thank you for your time

my car had a problem with gears where the gear shift was not even on the gear so it would feel in gear, but nothing would happen. Check to see if all of your shifter linkages are hooked up right too.

Your clutch pedal is really, really out of adjustment. Basically even with the pedal out the clutch is all but disengaged. This is often a problem with a new clutch if you just installed it. Or an old clutch if it is seriously worn out. From your post it is hard to know if you just installed the clutch parts... Or if it was a while ago and the problems just started.

Loosen the clutch pedal linkage. Try again.

i think you figured it out for me as soon as i read your post it hit me

"The 89-94 DSMs have a pedal assembly that over time will cause problems. If you have tried to adjust the clutch and found that you are on the last thread of the adjustment rod chances are that your clutch pedal assembly is worn out. Most often where the end-link and clutch pedal shaft fit together will get slotted out, leaving you unable to get the freeplay adjusted correctly. The main reason for the clutch linkage getting slotted out is the use of heavy pressure plate type clutches. If you're going to use a heavy pressure plate clutch you should inspect your linkage every now & then for damage"
