91 power transistor in a early 90 gst

I have a 1990 gs-turbo 2g maf 550cc injectors 2g manifold and i was wondering if the 90 ecu will work with the 91 power transistor I have a 91 ecu but my 90 ecu is eprom and what not.

well i just got it put in and its really rough i think maybe its the coil pack or plug wires
