91' GSX smoking after free mods?

welp i just finished the free mods listed here <<http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/1gturbo/stage0power.php>>.... I think i may have messed up on removing the vacuum lines, i removed the pcv valve and plugged it and put a breather on the other side of the valve cover, when i started the car up after completing all free mods the car is now smoking bad, what could i have done to cause it to start smoking?

I don't do mods so the wrong person to ask, however you mention putting a "breather" on the other side of the cover, where does this go and what is to prevent it from loosing oil from this breather?

well GTM, the breather i have is just a filter that would normaly plug into the inlet pipe of the turbo. speaking of which, the whole intake manifold was full of oil about a week ago when i replaced the head due to a burnt valve i didnt give it much thought but could my turbo be leaking oil into the IC piping, it still feels like its boosting and there isnt any shaft play, also the line going to the stock BOV was full of oil

I was not talking about the air cleaner, if I understand you plugged the PCV, drilled another hole and installed a "breather" for the valve cover. Where does this go?

You must remove all the intake parts and wash all the oil out and that includes the IC. It's possible for the seal to leak and have no shaft play. Once it's clean then you can monitor the turbo and possible leaks.

well im happy to report that i found the problem. the problem was that the oil dipstick was up about an inch causing oil to spray over the downpipe and turbo, the cause for the dipstick to be up was pressure build up from having to small of a breather filter in place of the PCV.

You must hollow out the pcv or replace it with a straight fitting, the pcv is design to open when vacuum is present on the intake side.
