90 talon tsi possible buy

Okay, my girlfriend is looking for a dd car that is still pretty sporty. I love the talons and want to get one in the future. Well she already has a project and her other dd was a vw beetle and was a ton to maintain. So she sold that and now we are looking at a 90 talon tsi 5spd. I went and looked at it and the body is really nice, interior is really nice. The body has 190k on it, BUT, the motor has 60k and the tranny has the same. The suspension was all refreshed with oem stuff. This guy liked his talon virgin as could be. He wants 4k for it. Sounds reasonable?
