80mph 02 is staying at .89???

I was cruising home tonight on the parkway doin about 80mph. i look at my air/fuel meter it staying rich. not jumping back and forth. so i put the logger on. the voltage is going between .82-.89 while cruising the afc is -5 correction. Air temp is 86'F which is probly the coldest its seen since i've had the b16g, 550s, 190, and safcII. could it just be the cold air. Usually during the day the intake temp is at 98'F on the stock sidemount.

I would guess that yer going mid 80's mph putting the car into open-loop mode.
