I finally found the root cause of bogging/stuttering at WOT problem I was having since the past year and a half. It was a major boost leak on the LICP till I decided to perform a leak test like what you have told me a long time ago but I didn't listen. Whoever told me about a posible boost leak problem I'm sorry I should have listen from the very first time you told me. I'm so stoked and so ready for the run. See you all next week. :thumb:
 
I got the day off! I'm finally going to be able to make it to another meet/cruise. I'm crossing my fingers hoping nothing else comes up. And I just got my caps for my ECU replaced on time! I hope some people will be able to make it. See you guys there.
 
Hopefully i can make it...i was so close to getting my car running last weekend, but unfortunatley i stripped the fuel hardline nut going into the fuel filter. I possibly put on the wrong fuel filter(universal type,DAMN FRAM CRAP) and screwed everything up...if i get it fixed later today i will be driving it all over town! Of course you will see me at the meet...Any of you guys wanna come out to the weekly meets this week? Just wondering! Well hope to see you guys there, driving or not! :thumb:
 
if anyone want some spare parts. I have it, let me know if you want a good deal i'll bring it to the meet. I have a coil pack good condition, unhacked air mas, 8mm plug wires, and O2 sensor all of this are in good condition because i thought all of this were needed to have my stuttering problem fix but not really the cause. let me know guys.

looks like imma be a busy guy. gotta get dorene's car running and mahesh's car done, since he has a lil booboo on his finger. anyone got a 2g o2 housing. i need one to complete my car. and if anyone has a logger cable that i can borrow this weekend, mine is broken and im putting in my injectors and safc.
 
Hey Edwin I was wondering if you can do me a favor since you're close to that turbo hoses silicon shop to grab me a silicone hose for my IC pipe. I need a transition coupler 2.5" to 1.75" I'll pay you for the parts and of course for the trouble. Appreciate it. :thumb:

I just checked their website and it doesnt seem like Hoover has that size reducer. I will pass by after work tomorrow and find out if he might have on there. If not I will find out how much it would cost to get one made. Give me a call at (925)788-5551 tomorrow.

I would say yes, but I will be spending the night at my parents which is maybe five minutes from the meet spot for well since its close and I will be able to sleep later and two because my fiance is sicker than shit and I don't feel safe leaving her alone for a couple hours.

I can't make it either, just like Harry in Days of Thunder I was talking to my dsm and telling her what I was gonna do to her. Then I noticed a red puddle of shockproof under her. :cry: I have a bad axle seal and it leaks like a mofo. It was at 7 pm so I couldn't get one in time. :notgood:
 
that was a fun day. that road was almost perfect minus the guy and his jeep. everything from stopping cuz my car was spraying gas while under boost and dorene's car making funny noises to walking 3 blocks to find food and talking at the denny's for like 2 hours while the girls were complaining. hope everyone got home safe. all i know is that i smoked a 350z on the way back. yay for 100 octane

nice I tried getting an orange lambo to race me on the way home but he wasn't having it. Thought I was giving him props, which I was. Dorene got pics(so post them up)

shuddup, i mishifted too. but damn, cant wait till i get that turbo upgrade. although i think i roasted whatever remained of my brake pads today, so the turbo is gonna have to wait a little until i can save up more money. but ssmic here i come
 
Misshift shmisshift. I wheelhopped so bad that my wipers turned on, LOL. I think I also warped my rotors, but it was worth it. LOL!

Anyway, that was a fun ass day. Props to Zach for setting it up.
 
yea, good shit zach. dude, i want to upgrade my clutch now, seeing an awd chirp from first to second was badass. so i tried to crank my boost up more, still will only go to 18. i maxed out my joe p soft spring mbc. but damn...i do love 100 octane.
