75mph to 95mph

OK does anyone know why my front right wheel would start vibrate when i get to 75mph then stop when i go past 95mph. though it was cuz my wheels where off balance but it still happens after i had them rotated and balanced. my second thought is warped rotors. i wanted to know before i went a got the new slotted rotors if that is even the problem. thanks a lot ahead of time for any info on this problem.

Have a front-end shop check the car. It's not your breaks, it's a bushing or the like.

And don't drive it that fast until repaired. Of course, we realize you're not driving that fast on the street.
