Resolved 7 bolt head

Hello to all. Hope everyone is having a good holliday.
I know that 1st gen heads can either have 12mm stud holes or 11mm stud holes
depending on if the head was on a 6 bolt or 7 bolt motor. My question is, other than that and the 2 larger mounting studs in front for the exhaust manifold, is everything else the same? I know on the 2nd gen heads, those changes remained plus the intake ports are smaller. My question is , does the 1st gen 7 bolt head still have the larger intake ports so as to match the 1st gen intake manifold?

OK so to make it perfectly clear:

1G 6 bolt head: Large runners, 1G thermostat housing, and 12mm Head bolt Holes

1G 7 Bolt head: Large Runners, 1G Thermostat housing, and 11mm Head bolt holes

Hyundai head: Smaller 2G style runner, 1G Thermostat housing, and 12mm Head bolt holes

2G Head: Smaller runners, 2G thermostat housing and 11mm, head bolt holes.

Another I figured out when using a 2G head on my 1G was that the 1G thermostat housing will bolt up to and work on a 2G head. Although I do not know if a 2g thermostat housing will work on a 1G head.
