I'm building my 2nd dsm now with much more internal work and I want to know if there's any clearance problems when changing my compression from 7.8:1 to 8:1 on a 1g block. Forged wiseco pistons, eagle h beams and stock crank. :talon:

No, there is a problem with changing to higher compression.
Go with 8.5 c/p instead of 8.0.
8.5 is the ideal amount. I have Ross 8.5 with eagle h-beam rods. Usually this is the most common internal combination.
I did a lot of research before doing it to my motor.
Good luck with the rebuild. Your going to need it.
