:laser: I have a 90 Laser Turbo and the guy I got the car from gave me a 6 bolt n/t engine with it. My question is what are the differences (to the turbo engine) internally with the head and the block and is any of te parts interchangable with my turbo car? I checked FAQ this one wasnt there. Thanks for any responses. :laser:

The 90 engine has slightly different electronics than the 91-92 6 bolt. I know the isc sensor is different and the throttle bodies are different to accomodate different isc sensors, but the n/t and turbo throttle bodies are different anyways. As far as the longblocks, they are identical other than pistons, cams and the oil pan. The turbo engine has oil sqirters as well, the n/t does not have these, they will need to be drilled and tapped, if using stock pistons. if using aftermarket pistons they usually aren't required (check with the piston manufacturer). The n/t also doesn't have a knock sensor. Try the search feature of this site, it works wonders!
