How much PSI (max) can the 56 trim PTE With the GT series Turbine create. And what is it stable at?

I have that turbo and I can say it doesn't even starting making power until 22+ psi

Turbos really don't have a max psi, they have a maximum airflow limit. Anyways you are looking at around 65 lb/min which is enough to make a dsm trap into the 130s with good timing.

Over 600 to the wheels on a FWD car.

over 600 to the wheels on ANY car properly supported

rdrkt made over 550 to the wheels of an AWD with a 56 trim and about 30 psi. Must say it is a badass car.
