51lb/min@ 7900RPM @ 20PSI.. 50trim Maxed?

Hey guys, first day out playing with DSMLINK yesterday. After getting things dialed in at 20 PSI, wideband reading 10.8-11.1 from 4.5-8k. Timing at 15-16 degrees from 4.5-8k.

At 5500 - 38.1lb/min
6000 - 42.2lb/min
6500 - 43.6lb/min
7000 - 48.9lb/min
7500 - 49.0lb/min
8000 - 51.0lb/min


Now last year at the track, on race gas I ran 26-27 PSI, I have yet to run that much boost with link. How much more will this turbo flow? Is it maxed out on pump gas??

Also, if the car was on a dyno, would the power still be climbing since the airflow does?

With the translator you are going to get inflated airflow numbers.

A standard pte 50trim will most likely top out at 49 lbs/min according to the standard To4e compressor maps.

Yep the Translator throws your numbers all out of whack.

My car was flowing around 42lbs to trap 121mph...

Ditto on the aiflow numbers being inflated. Theres a thread on Dsmlink which shows you how to tun the Maft with either a wideband or a gm 3 bar map sensor to get the right numbers. Its worth a read and its the best way to calibrate the maft.

I looked at the topic title and said to myself "What in the hell?!"... How is it possible you're see'ing 50lbs of airflow at 20psi when I`m see'ing only about 37-38lbs at 20psi on my GT30R ?!...

I see people saying the MAFT inflates the values a bit? Can anyone tell me if my results match to other people's?

I run 66-68lbs a min @ 28psi trapping 126-127mph Its way off My 35r should only be good to 62lbs a minute and I'm sure I would have to be around 40psi to get that So yeah its way off,
