50 trim

Kinda a dumb question but i am looking for a new turbo set up to pick up this summer so i was just wondering will a injen intake work on a 50 trim? Or do you need to go bigger? What would the downside of using a injen be if it did work?

How big is the injen intake?

Becasue depeding on the compressor housing the 50-trim inlet will be
2 3/4 or 3 inches.

No, it will not even come close. The Injen only fits on the T25 inlet, it won't even fit over a 16g inlet. Get another intake for a 50 trim, however if you're even thinking about the Injen intake a 50 trim should be the last thing on your mind.

yeah i got a supra fuel pump, act 2600 clutch and act flywheel on the way. Then i was either going evo 16g or 50 trim, so i was just wondering if i needed a new intake, which i do:thumbdown

Exactly; you need all your supporting mods before you go bolting on a 50 trim. Believe me, money spent now will definitely save you more later.
