5 Speed Transmission Radiator (Question)

Does a 4g63 5 Speed Transmission come stock with radiator for cooling the transmission? When I removed my Transmission I did not notice coolant lines anywhere.

That's a negative on coolant for 5 spds.

Nope, only upper and lower hoses go to the radiator on a standard.

Is a cooling system possible with a 5spd or good idea?

You would have to put a pump to circulate the flud through the cooler and back into the tranny since (unline in automatics) there is no pump in the manuals.

5spd trans have the gears dipped in oil all the time and the gears/syncros pick up the oil on their own, while and auto trans has a hydrolic pump where it builds pressure and under that pressure the trans is able to use a cooler.
