5 spd awd swap using an auto rear end...

Ok guys sorry for the kind of long and in depth question before hand..

Heres the thing, Im planning on doin an all wheel swap in my spyder this fall/winter. I had a 95 awd doner car buuuut it got crushed while I was deployed.. Not the point. So now I have a 96 awd auto doner car and a 96 5 spd awd trans. If I were to get a 95-96 tcase, could I use the auto rear end? If not why? Ive found some good info on the auto trans gear ratios, some found here >> http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/automatic-tranny/157978-automatic-gsx-gear-ratios-final-drive.html . But nothing specific to the rear end and why it couldnt be used in such manor. I also did come across that the 2gb front diff has (1) ONE more tooth on the ring gear then the 2ga, but I dont think thats relevant to this situation since Ill have all 2ga driveline parts. So theres the question.. Can a 2ga auto rear end be used with a 2ga 5spd trans and tcase?!

The auto rear ends are different gear ratios. You'd need to find a 5spd rear, or ring and pinion to swap it out.

How different? What are the actual gear ratios? I can only find info on the transmissions. Maybe Im looking in the wrong places, but Ive been looking for a few days now.
